1) Required Customer Actions
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery at support@dynamicgoddess.com
- Provide your order number and detailed reason for return/exchange
- Include clear photographs or video evidence if applicable
- Wait for authorization before shipping any items back
- Use original packaging and ensure product is in pristine, unused condition
2) Eligible Scenarios for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

Non-Eligible Items: Custom-made dolls, intimate products (unless defective), and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and customization reasons.
3) Return Timeframe
All return requests must be initiated within the following timeframes:
- Standard Returns: 14 days from delivery date
- Defective Products: 30 days from delivery date
- Incorrect Shipments: 7 days from delivery date
Note: The return timeframe begins from the date your order is delivered. Late requests will not be accepted.
4) Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within the following timeframes:

Refund amounts may be subject to deductions for return shipping costs, restocking fees (15-25%), and non-refundable transaction fees.
5) Exchange Process
For approved exchanges:
- We cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error
- Customers pay shipping for preference-based exchanges
- Exchange processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- New items shipped within 2-3 business days after approval
